Fredericksburg Coffee Company is a small batch, craft and artisan coffee roaster born and rooted right here in Fredericksburg, Texas. Roasting is our passion — not operating a coffee shop — so every ounce of our energy goes into putting the highest quality, freshest coffee in the bag. We source exceptional beans from around the world and roast them all in-house, giving you a cup that's crafted with intention every single time.

Our 20+ years of culinary and wine experience shapes everything we do, from how we select our beans to the descriptive and genuinely fun tasting notes you'll find on our labels. We drink this coffee ourselves at home, and we'd never put something in a bag we wouldn't pour in our own cup. Whether you prefer hot or cold, light or dark, or somewhere deliciously in between — we've got a coffee for you.
